So did not take pics of everything. Because I have already done that but bar none the salmon skin salad is a MUST as well as the yellowtail tonight was amazing. The temperature of the fish was perfect! This is one of the better (if not the best) local sushi spots we have found!! Chef is Japanese and the quality is there. We find in Vegas (not speaking about here) sushi is very difficult as the fish is not as accessible but these guys have done a good job. They do have some “fusion feel” as they add sauces but they also understand simplicity if you ask for it. Great job!!! And just found out they are opening for Lunch now too!! Yippie!

WHAT! This gem is in our neighborhood! Great service, and good food! The pictures I’m attaching are so sad because I ate it before I could even think about taking the photo. It’s that good! Ordered the Unagi and Yellowtail cheek. See photos for the size of that cheek! Used the soy sauce bottle for size reference LOL Please stop by and support this small business!

We have been to this place 4 times and every time is overwhelmingly fantastic The freshness of the food and the flavors are unbelievable. The garlic bok choy is a must. The chirashi bowl has more fish then I would even normally order. Unbelievable. Oh and as a surprise. The chicken wings blew my mind. Truly somewhere you gotta go. You can’t go expecting quick all tot can eat style service. Expect to have a great meal and a great time.
